This permit is used by foreigners who stay in China for longer than a year. It can be renewed twice. The holder should present this permit regularly to the entry and exit administration under the local public security bureau for examination. In case there is any change in the details given in this permit (name, nationality, occupation or ID, work unit, address, passport number and children traveling with the parents), the holder should report the change within 10 days to the local public security bureau.
