Foreigner’s Residence Permit    Pages 1 and 2 of Foreigner’s Resident’s Permit
The permits fall into two types: Foreigner’s Residence Permit and Foreigner’s Temporary Residence Permit. The Residence Permit is issued to foreigners who are to stay in China for a period longer than one year. The Temporary Residence Permit is issued to foreigners whose stay is shorter than one year.
